Qatar Airways' policies on Ticket cancellation state:

To avoid paying a penalty, you must cancel your ticket at least three hours prior to departure.
The refund will be applied to the original payment method you used and in the same currency.
If you purchased your ticket directly from Qatar Airways, you may cancel it and request a refund either online or by calling the airline directly.
You must get in touch with the company directly to cancel your ticket and initiate a refund if you purchased your ticket from a third party (such as a travel agent or online booking service).
If you cancel your ticket prior to departure, there will be no penalties for refunds or no-show costs.
